RBA policy
The Company is committed to corporate governance, employee care, industrial safety, environmental protection, social involvement and other areas of corporate citizenship, specific social responsibility policies are:

Conflict Mineral Policy
The Company is particularly concerned about the "conflict minerals" originating from the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries, which may involve serious violations of human rights by mining organizations and the financing of their Mineral Trading Armed Forces. In response to this issue, the SEC passed the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (Section 1502) on August 22, 2012 and provided that all US publicly traded companies must disclose the source of the conflicting minerals they use. As a good global corporate citizen, MAP COMMITMENTS endeavors to ensure that minerals originating from conflict areas of the Republic of the Congo are not mined, such as tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold. In addition, its suppliers are instructed to use minerals that have been approved by the Conflict Smelter Project (CFS) or its equivalent and approved as conflict-free smelters and require suppliers to comply with the RBA Code of Conduct to To achieve its corporate social responsibility commitments.

To support the above actions, MinAik Precision will:
01
Conduct due diligence with relevant suppliers in accordance with the conflicting mineral directives of the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) and the Responsible Business Alliance Policy (RBA).
02
The supplier is required to cooperate closely with MAP in search of mineral resources from the Conflict Mineral Area of the Republic of the Congo and to make the Minerals used in MAP products as "non-conflict mineral" according to the instructions of the OECD and the Responsible Business Alliance Policy' Conflict minerals. "
03
If suppliers are found to have conflicting minerals in their products, they should inform MinAik Precision.
04
Commitment to create a supply chain transparency system, and publicly expose existing reports, and reports on the use of conflict minerals.
