Corporate Social Responsibility

As a global citizen, our company cares greatly about environmental protection and prevention of occupational disasters. Our company supports transportation infrastructure with the purpose of promoting both corporate growth and environmental protection. We have ISO14001, OHSAS18001 and CNS15506 certifications as well as an internal RBA team. Besides the promotion of the above mentioned system, our team members cooperate with underprivileged groups in the local community and beyond to provide aid to those in need. Our company adheres strongly to the concept of “From the society and for the society.” We will always be present where we are needed and fulfill the responsibility as a corporate leader.  Recently, our environmental efforts have been focused on controlling green-house gas emissions.

Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

The Company is committed to corporate governance, employee care, industrial safety, environmental protection, social participation and other areas of corporate citizenship, specific social responsibility policy:

Social Accountability 8000:2014

1. Fulfill Enterprise Management

Min Aik establishes logical and effective administration to serve the purpose of protecting all investors. Strengthen functions of board of directors, fulfill inner systematic control, elevate info. transparency, respect interests owned by Stakeholders.

2.Obey Lawful Obligations

All activities or business run by Min Aik should entirely be preceded by obeying governmental laws, business ethics, meanwhile, management system should be updated routinely according to codes of our management system.

3.Protect Labor Rights

Labors are treated as the valuable foundation by Min Aik, apart from all specified terms written within domestic labor laws to protect human rights, furthermore, child labors are prohibited, rights of employees are much more emphasized and protected. To offer a more friendly workplace, related consult and complain hotlines were established.

4. Offer Safe Workplaces

Our goals of management are to achieve zero occupational damage and accidents, to meet and surpass codes of act and domestic law, to maintain and develop system of occupational safety with positive attitude, unceasingly implement related training upon every employee deep down, to forge the habit of concerning about occupational safety.

5.Implement Environmental Protection

Min Aik devoted ourselves to put environmental justice into effect, have continuously been promoting wastewater and resource recycling, enable each drop of water be re-used again. Min Aik hosts activities of coastal clean-up, show idea of environmental protection by real acts.

6.Devote to “Energy Saving” and “Reduce Carbon Emission”

To respond to global climate fluctuation, acts which are like “Energy Saving”& ”Reduce Carbon Emission” are pressing. Min Aik adapted clean fuel to show our environmental friendly idea, fulfill responsibilities of protecting earth, regularly examine greenhouse gases emission, cooperate with governmental policies which protect the quality of air.

7.Fair Contract Terms

Min Aik protects and manages whatever information offered by customers and suppliers, treating mutual trading terms and criteria by fair attitude,
,perpetually running the business by ways of integrity.

8.Fulfill Social Responsibilities

Enhance inner and outer communications, simultaneously cope well with rights of stakeholders. Positively anticipate charitable activities related to communities development and juggle environment and social responsibilities. As for any form of commercial behavior, Min Aik always supports procurement whoever has responsible attitude.
 

Management system architecture

The company will ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and EICC management system to create the best management efficiency, the management system architecture is as follow:

Min Aik Precision establishes independent reporting and consultation mailboxes for either internal or external personnel show their complaints or consult. The identity of the reporter and the content will be kept confidential, in this way to protect them from being treated unfairly or retaliated. Company will actively investigate and resolve problems.
